First, I have to apologize to those of you who go to Park Days to find that I seem to never be there lately. I have been sick for what seems like forever and then we went out of town. I am sorry! So Gillian is starting preschool in two weeks and so I will end Park Days then. I emailed Tina and mentioned that maybe someone else would like to start a playgroup or use another idea for us to get together after school begins. Maybe a playgroup at the church? A walking group at the mall? A Mommy group that meets each week at someones house? A lunch bunch group that meets at a different restaurant maybe biweekly or monthly? Um, that park looks awesome. Where is it and why did I miss it? Jeremy and I would actually like to go back to Ft. Collins someday. Loved it! When are you coming to visit us?? :)
I've felt really guilty about not commenting on your blog even though I check it all the time. This makes 3 comments... aren't you proud! I miss you guys! Maybe you should move out here. Jake could work at UNLV! ;)
i wanted to go to park days more this summer than we actually made it there too. sometimes andrew slept right through it (he never takes long naps unless i want to go somewhere). we were out of town a lot and, most recently, i haven't had a car to get there (hopefully it will be getting fixed soon). so i'm bummed they are ending but i'm definitely up for some other type of play date activity. we really should call them mommy play dates. we like it much more than the kids do i think! :)
I would definitely be up for something new too! Cooper and I were there by ourselves this week for Park Days. : ) Lunch might be fun, or walking too.
