Gillian got to visit with Santa before her Christmas program at school. People, she pulled a Ralphie! Santa asked what she wanted for Christmas and she just stared at him for a while and finally she blurted out "...a ball...". Seriously? A ball? This kid doesn't have a problem telling you what she wants...how funny though. 
Lincoln got his turn with Santa too. What did he want for Christmas? Probably a Mother that would feed him on time and not put his sister's school schedule in front of his nutritional needs.
This is my favorite picture of Gillian at the program. It is at the end as you see children bowing. Gillian is standing there with her hand stiff at her side (as the parents clap and cheer) knowing the significance of that moment. She thinks they are clapping and cheering all for her. She did shake that maraca well. I like the boy behind her...he is funny. He hated being there. Below is the video for Hillary and Grandpa, specifically. Enjoy.
