Hey, Lyndon B Johnson had it done, so did John Ashcroft, James K Polk and even Andy Warhol (who probably isn't the best example because he died shortly after having it done). What am I referring to? They all got their gall bladders removed...and so am I!
See that little green thing down there? I hate it. It keeps me up at night with indescribable pain. During the day it gives me pain...not matter what i eat or don't eat it gives me pain. I say good riddance to you evil green organ!
Above: This is your gall bladder
Below: This is my gall bladder (it is vengeful and mean...and it must be destroyed!)
So after the surgery (in a week) I will get myself a hip new tee shirt like this guy...
And then I will be happy again and pain free...sans gall bladder.

Good Riddance. My life has been greatly improved since it was yanked. I would do it again if I needed to.
